Return Policy

New and unworn items can be returned to K Charms within 30 days of delivery. Please note that because all of our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 70% restocking fee. If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know immediately and we will recreate it to your satisfaction. To get in touch concerning a return or damaged/incorrect order, please email us at kristalscharms@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of your jewelry. We will NOT be doing exchanges or returns due to the chain length being too big or small!
